The Maiedae Mixer Recap

Last weekend, I had the amazing opportunity to attend the Maiedae Mixer - a fantastic and golden gathering of bloggers and creatives. Not only was there fantastic food, Smilebooth, a dress swap, and tables set up with DIY activities, but the unreal opportunity to meet some blogging friends in real life, and make new ones as well.
I loved, loved, loved, hanging out with Jenna from Dearest-Love (and finding out she lives in the same city was an added plus), the ever-so-vibrant-full-of-life Amy from Taking Steps Home, and the beautiful-and-adventurous Meg from Rivers and Roads. I also loved getting to meet and know Julie from Vylette, who has a background in clothing design and a mutual love for all things Seattle.

Another favorite from the mixer was Court, who volunteered, and was as charming as ever. Her blog was such a pleasant surprise. Make sure you take a look at her art-inspired outfits. I absolutely adore her take on Monet.

More amazing highlights were the generous amounts of swag we received; to top it all off, I walked away with a free Kelly Moore camera bag and Rifle Paper Co print from the raffle. I'm still in shock.

Here's some of my favorite items:
